Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 g favorite candies (e.g., licorice, chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits in a bowl until fine.
2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a crust.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well blended before adding the next.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust and smooth the top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 50-60 minutes, until the cake is set.
7. Allow the cake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
8. Whip the heavy cream and use it to decorate the cake, topping it with your favorite candies before serving.
