Delicious Mushroom Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of mushrooms (optional: crumbled blue cheese)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 deciliters of cream
- ¼ deciliter of water
- 125 grams of margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 deciliters of all-purpose flour
- 2 deciliters of grated cheese (preferably Emmental or Emmental-Mozzarella)
- 1 large onion
- 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice (or substitute pepper and lemon with lemon pepper)
Instructions:
1. Sauté the chopped onion in butter in a pan until translucent.
2. Add the mushrooms and cook until the moisture has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream, water, eggs, lemon juice, and the mushroom mixture.
4. Prepare the dough by mixing the flour and fat together. Add water as needed until the dough is smooth.
5. Roll out the dough and line a pie dish with it.
6. Pour the mushroom mixture over the dough and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200°C (about 392°F) for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
