Ingredients:

- 250 g fresh ravioli dough
- 200 g cooked broad beans
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
2. Add the crushed garlic cloves to the pan and sauté for another minute.
3. Add the broad beans to the pan and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast flakes. Allow the mixture to cool.
4. Roll out the ravioli dough into a thin sheet and cut out circles (about 7 cm in diameter).
5. Place about a teaspoon of the broad bean mixture in the center of each circle. Moisten the edges with water and fold the dough into a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.
6. Boil the ravioli in salted water for about 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface.
7. Serve the ravioli with fresh basil or parsley, and enjoy!
