Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 1 lobster (about 500 g)
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 200 ml white wine
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. Boil the lobster in a pot for about 10 minutes. Allow it to cool, then remove the meat from the shell.
3. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
4. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they soften.
5. Add the lobster meat and white wine to the pan. Let it simmer until the wine evaporates and the mixture thickens.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the lobster mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to prevent dryness. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh basil.
