Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden skewers soaked in water)

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
2. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, crushed garlic, and curry powder.
3. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
4. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers.
