A delicious and healthy vegetable spread perfect for dipping or spreading.

Ingredients

- 1 red bell pepper
- 0.5 green bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red chili
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- Olive oil
- Sea salt (or regular salt)
- Black pepper
- Honey

Instructions

1. Wash the zucchini and bell peppers, removing the seeds.
2. Peel the onions.
3. Chop the vegetables into large chunks, leaving the garlic cloves whole.
4. Place all the ingredients in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
5. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Allow to cool slightly and blend into a spread using a food processor.
7. Add honey to taste and mix well.
8. Serve the spread as a dip or a spread on bread.
