Ingredients

- 2 pears
- 150 g gorgonzola cheese (or other blue cheese)
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 pomegranate
- 150 g mixed salad greens (e.g., lettuce, arugula, spinach)
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Wash and peel the pears, then slice or cube them.
2. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese into small pieces.
3. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds.
4. Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan until they become golden and fragrant.
5. Prepare the salad dressing by mixing the white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
6. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, pears, gorgonzola, pomegranate seeds, and toasted walnuts.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, ensuring the ingredients don’t get crushed.
8. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
