Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse and drain the black beans and corn.
2. Peel and dice the avocado, and chop the red bell pepper.
3. Open the pomegranate and collect the seeds.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add olive oil.
6. Season with salt and pepper, and add chopped cilantro.
7. Gently toss and serve immediately.
