Ingredients:
- 4 ripe figs
- 100 g goat cheese
- 50 g nuts (such as walnuts or pine nuts)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Fresh herbs (such as basil or mint)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash the figs thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds.
2. Arrange the fig slices beautifully on a plate or serving platter.
3. Crumble the goat cheese over the figs.
4. Sprinkle the nuts evenly on top of the fig and cheese layers.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle the mixture over the dish.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
