Serving Size: 2-4 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash the porcini mushrooms thoroughly and pat them dry carefully.
2. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
3. Arrange the slices on a plate, overlapping them slightly.
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice, then drizzle it evenly over the mushroom slices.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.
