A delightful fusion of traditional Karelian pastry and Mexican quesadilla, featuring local pork and cheddar cheese, served with egg butter. Perfect finger food for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 4 gluten-free Karelian pastries
- 200 g local cooked pork, chopped
- 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 g egg butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional) Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Carefully cut the gluten-free Karelian pastries in half.
3. Fill each half with chopped pork and grated cheddar cheese.
4. Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
6. Serve warm with egg butter on the side.
