A delicious and easy snack that combines Finnish flavors with a Mexican twist. Filled with ham, cheese, and other ingredients you can customize to your taste.

Serving Size: 2 quesadillas
Ingredients:
- 4 whole grain tortillas
- 150 g shredded cheese (e.g., blue Emmental cheese)
- 200 g slices of ham (e.g., overcooked smoked ham)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 100 g cucumber salad
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 50 g blue cheese, crumbled
- A splash of oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Spread one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
2. Add the shredded cheese on top of the tortilla.
3. Layer the ham slices, onion slices, cucumber salad, and crumbled blue cheese over the cheese.
4. You can either fold the tortilla in half or place another tortilla on top.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
6. Cook the quesadilla on both sides for about 3-4 minutes until the surface is crispy and golden brown.
7. Cut the quesadilla into serving pieces and enjoy immediately!
