Ingredients:
- 8 slices of ham
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Jalapeños
- 6 slices of bell pepper
- 4 tortillas
Instructions:
1. Spread a tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with ham, cheddar cheese, and thinly sliced bell pepper and jalapeños to your taste.
2. Place another tortilla on top of the fillings, pressing down gently.
3. Grill on a pan or griddle until golden and crispy.
4. Cut the quesadilla into four pieces and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
