Blueberry Pie

A traditional Finnish dessert that brings the flavors of summer into winter. This blueberry pie is easy to make and delicious for the whole family. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour - 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl butter (melted)
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 dl sugar (for the blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the melted butter and milk to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the potato flour and sugar, then sprinkle over the blueberries. Scatter the mixture on top of the batter.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
