- 100 g butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Oil for deep frying
- Sugar for dusting

Chocolate Sauce

- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar, and salt until the butter is melted. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan.
