Delicious small kebabs, perfect as finger food. This tasty recipe is great for a late-night snack with friends.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients:

- 200 g Snellman kebab pieces
- 1.5 tbsp Poppamies Chipotle ketchup
- 1 dl water
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 head of lettuce
- Arugula
- 1 small onion
- 7.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 dl water
- 25 g fresh yeast or 2 packets of dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil

Instructions:

1. Warm 3 dl of water to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add the flour, salt, and oil. Knead the dough until smooth.
3. Let the dough rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 275°C (530°F).
5. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them to about 1-2 cm thick.
6. Dust a baking sheet with flour and place the flattened pita breads on it. Dust the tops as well.
7. Allow to rise for another 10 minutes.
8. Bake the pita breads on the top rack of the oven for about 6-8 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking.
9. Heat a frying pan and add the kebab pieces. Sauté for a moment.
10. Add the Poppamies Chipotle ketchup and water. Bring to a boil and stir.
11. Chop the tomatoes, lettuce, arugula, and onion into small pieces.
12. Halve the pita breads and fill them with the kebab, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce.
13. Serve immediately, for example, with Sinebrychoff Christmas beer.
