A delightful dish combining lamb mince and delicious Middle Eastern flavors, perfect for serving a larger crowd.

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 6-8 pita breads or flatbreads
- For serving: yogurt, fresh vegetables, and lemon wedges

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
3. Add the ground lamb to the pan and brown it, stirring frequently.
4. Season the lamb with cumin, coriander powder, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and mint.
6. Serve the lamb mixture warm in pita breads, topped with yogurt, fresh vegetables, and lemon wedges.
