Ingredients:

- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, crushed garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables.
