A delicious Indian kofta korma that combines flavorful spiced balls in a rich sauce, offering an authentic Indian dining experience.

Ingredients:

- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons oil (for frying)
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup water
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 stock cube
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Chop the onions and garlic. Heat oil in a wok, add spices and chopped onions.
2. Sauté, stirring until the onions are soft. Allow to cool.
3. Mix breadcrumbs with water and let it soak for a moment.
4. Combine all kofta ingredients by hand. Let the mixture rest while preparing the sauce.
5. In the wok, heat a butter-oil mixture for the sauce. Add spices and sauté for one minute. Add tomato paste, water, and crushed tomatoes to the pan. Crumble in the stock cube and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Pour in coconut milk and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for a while and check the sauce's flavor.
7. Shape the kofta mixture into large balls. Quickly brown the balls in oil and transfer them to the sauce for further cooking. Let the kofta cook gently in the simmering sauce.
8. Chop plenty of coriander over the dish before serving.
