Ingredients:

- 200 g paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Oil for frying
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes, peel, and mash them. Mix the mashed potatoes with the paneer.
2. Add salt, coriander, cumin, chili powder, and baking powder. Shape the mixture into small balls.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the balls until golden brown and place them on paper towels to drain.
4. For the sauce: Heat oil in a pan, add the onion, and sauté until golden brown. Add garlic and tomato, and cook briefly.
5. Stir in turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. Pour in the cream and allow it to simmer.
6. Add the fried balls to the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan bread.
