Delicious and soft homemade tortillas made with simple ingredients. Perfect for wraps, tacos, or enjoying with your favorite dips! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8 tortillas
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour - 1 dl corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 dl oil
- 1 dl water
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, corn flour, and salt together. 2. Add the oil and water to the dry ingredients. Combine until the dough is smooth.
3. Lightly knead the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions.
4. Roll each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
6. Keep the cooked tortillas warm by covering them with a kitchen towel.
