These delicious mini burgers are the perfect choice for a picnic or gathering. They are easy to make and loved by everyone! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 mini burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 12 small hamburger buns
- 1 dl ketchup
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl mustard
- 100 g cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into 12 small patties and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. Slice the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into thin rounds.
4. Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt for a moment.
5. Assemble the mini burgers: place a patty on the bottom half of each bun, add ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Top with the upper half of the bun and serve.
