- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
