Ingredients:
- 1/2 watermelon
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 dl fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into cubes.
2. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
3. Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion into thin strips.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Add the basil leaves, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to the bowl.
6. Gently toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
