Ingredients

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 100 g Koskenlaskija cheese
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 g frozen funnel chantarelles
- 2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a moment.
3. Add the frozen funnel chantarelles to the pan and simmer until the moisture has evaporated.
4. Stir in the chopped onion and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Mix well.
5. Once the onion is softened, pour in the heavy cream and add the diced Koskenlaskija cheese.
6. Stir the sauce until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if necessary.
