A delicious chanterelle mushroom sauce, perfect as an accompaniment to various dishes. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and it serves approximately 4 people.Ingredients:
- 300 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the chanterelle mushrooms thoroughly and chop them.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter in a pan and add the onions. Sauté over medium heat until they are soft.
4. Add the chopped chanterelle mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and vegetable broth. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to your taste.
7. Serve the sauce garnished with fresh parsley.
