Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1/2 red onion
- 100 g black olives
- 25 g fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, slice the red onion, and crumble the feta cheese.
3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, red onion, olives, and basil.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
5. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
