Ingredients:
- 500 g beef tenderloin - 2 kg potatoes
- 2-3 onions
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1 liter strong beef broth
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until soft. Drain and keep warm. 2. Cut the beef tenderloin into steaks and season with salt and pepper.
3. Peel and slice the onions.
4. Heat a frying pan and brown the steaks on both sides until golden brown. Remove the steaks from the pan and keep warm.
5. Add the onions to the pan and sauté until softened. Pour in the beer and let it simmer for a moment.
6. Add the beef broth to the pan and cook until the liquid has reduced slightly.
7. Serve the steaks with the potatoes and onion sauce.
