A delicious stew that simmers in the oven, perfect for enjoying after a sauna session. Pairs excellently with pickled beets and beer. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- 800 g beef roast
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 100 ml beer
- 200 ml beef broth
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot. Brown the beef roast until nicely colored.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are soft.
3. Peel and cube the potatoes and carrots. Add them to the pot.
4. Pour in the beer and beef broth. Mix well.
5. Add the mustard, honey, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Stir again.
6. Cover the pot with a lid and transfer it to the oven. Simmer at 175°C (350°F) for about 1.5 hours.
7. Check for doneness and serve with pickled beets and beer.
