Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast fillets and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the fillets from the pan and keep warm.2. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft.
3. Pour the cream and chicken broth into the pan. Add mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Return the cooked chicken breast fillets to the sauce and let them warm in the sauce for a few minutes.
5. Serve the chicken breast fillets with the cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
