Ingredients:

- 1 package of ready-made puff pastry (about 400 g)
- 1 jar of plum jam (about 250 g)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into squares (about 10x10 cm).
3. Make a small cross-cut in the center of each square.
4. Place a teaspoon of plum jam in the center of each square.
5. Fold the corners of the pastry towards the center, leaving the jam visible.
6. Brush the pastries with the beaten egg.
7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
