A delicious and healthy roasted granola perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 0.5 dl chia seeds
- 0.5 dl shredded coconut
- 0.5 dl sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and sunflower seeds.
3. Add the maple syrup and walnut oil to the mixture and mix well.
4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Roast in the oven for 5 minutes, then remove and stir the mixture.
6. Roast for another 2 minutes or until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
7. Allow to cool before serving with yogurt or cottage cheese. Enjoy!
