A delicious and rich dessert perfect for celebrations or special occasions. This recipe is simple and requires only a few ingredients.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate to the yolk mixture and mix well.
4. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla sugar and then fold it into the chocolate mixture carefully.
6. Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
