Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop all the vegetables: cucumber, tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, and red onion.
2. Place the chopped vegetables in a large salad bowl.
3. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and feta cheese, then gently toss to combine.
6. Garnish the salad with fresh basil before serving.
