A quick and delicious vegetable stir-fry packed with flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the pan.
4. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
8. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
