Ingredients:
- 500 g pumpkin, diced
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the pumpkin. Boil the pumpkin cubes in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain and puree.
2. Add cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon to the pumpkin puree. Mix well and gently heat in a saucepan.
3. Prepare the crumble: In a bowl, mix oats, melted butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add a little water if needed to keep the mixture together.
4. Cook the crumble in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
5. Spoon the pumpkin puree into serving bowls and sprinkle crumble on top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
