Ingredients:
- 2 cups brewed coffee - 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Brew the coffee and pour it into a bowl. 2. Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the coffee. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3. Heat the milk in a saucepan but do not let it boil. You can also froth the milk if you prefer a creamier drink.
4. Pour the hot milk over the pumpkin coffee mixture and stir gently.
5. Serve immediately while hot. You can top it with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin seeds for garnish.
