Ingredients:
- 1 packet (175 g) dark filled cookies (e.g., Pirkka Daniela)
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons whiskey
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the filled cookies into a bowl and press them into the bottom of a loaf pan or serving platter.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks.
3. Gently fold in the coffee granules and whiskey into the whipped cream until combined.
4. If desired, add sugar to sweeten the mixture and mix well.
5. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cookie base.
6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.
