A warm and cozy pumpkin drink perfect for chilly days.

Serving size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl pumpkin puree
- 2 dl strong coffee
- 1 dl milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- A pinch of salt
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the pumpkin puree in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Add the strong coffee and mix well.
3. Stir in the milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Heat the drink to your desired temperature, but do not let it boil.
5. Pour the drink into cups and top with whipped cream if desired.
6. Enjoy your warm beverage!
