This delicious and rich dessert is made with stewed pumpkin, a creamy sauce, and a crunchy crumble topping. Perfect for autumn treats.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g pumpkin
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the pumpkin. Boil it in a pot for about 15 minutes until soft.
2. Drain the pumpkin and puree it until smooth.
3. Mix the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar into the pumpkin puree. Heat the mixture over low heat for a few minutes.
4. Melt the butter in a pan and add the rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Cook the mixture until golden brown and crunchy.
5. Serve the pumpkin mixture in dessert bowls and sprinkle the crumble on top.
