Ingredients:
- 200 g leftover kebab - 2 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup salad mix (e.g., iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt sauce (e.g., garlic yogurt)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the leftover kebab in a pan over low heat until hot. 2. Warm the tortilla wraps slightly in a pan or microwave.
3. Place the hot kebab in the center of each tortilla and add the salad mix on top.
4. Crumble feta cheese over the filling.
5. Drizzle yogurt sauce over the kebab and salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Roll the tortilla tightly and enjoy immediately.
