Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and level the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
