Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted and combined.
3. Stir in the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Fold in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream for decoration.
