Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 leek
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken strips. Cook until they are golden brown.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the skillet and sauté for a moment.
4. Slice the bell pepper and leek, then add them to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables soften.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. Mix well.
6. Pour the cream into the skillet and stir all the ingredients together. Let it simmer for a moment.
7. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and allow it to melt.
8. Serve warm with rice or pasta.
