- 4 grilled sausages (e.g., bratwurst)
- 200 ml ketchup
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 rolls (brötchen)
- Additional curry powder for garnish
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill or frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Grill the sausages until nicely browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, combine ketchup, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Heat gently until warm.

5. Pour the curry sauce over the sausage pieces and sprinkle with extra curry powder.
