Ingredients:

- 4 sausages (e.g., bratwurst)
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white or apple cider)
- Extra curry powder for garnish
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook the sausages until golden brown on all sides, about 10-12 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the curry sauce by mixing the ketchup, curry powder, honey, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and vinegar in a small bowl.
4. Once the sausages are done, slice them and place them on a serving plate.
5. Pour the curry sauce over the sausage slices.
6. Garnish the dish with extra curry powder and fresh parsley if desired.
7. Serve hot, best enjoyed with a cold beer.
