Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 salad mix (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula, spinach) - 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 avocado
- 50 g olives
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the salad mix. Place it in a large serving bowl. 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad.
3. Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly and add them to the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
5. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and pit, and slice the avocado. Add the slices to the salad.
6. Add the olives to the salad.
7. Prepare the dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
