- 1 tsp dried basil
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., basil or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken fillets and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Add diced bell pepper and sliced zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Add peas and cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix all ingredients well and add reserved pasta water if needed to keep the mixture moist.
