A delightful dish featuring fresh perch fillets served with creamy dill sauce and local potatoes. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh perch fillets
- 1 dl Åland potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the Åland potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Season the perch fillets with salt and pepper, and fry them in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Add the cream and lemon juice to the pan, allowing the sauce to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the chopped dill into the sauce and mix well.
6. Serve the perch fillets with the boiled potatoes and pour the sauce over the top.
