A delicious and hearty dessert utilizing leftover semolina porridge, combining the flavors of cardamom and vanilla sugar. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl semolina porridge
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Butter for greasing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the semolina porridge, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cardamom.
3. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter into it.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. This pancake can be served with jam or whipped cream.
